By accessing the site via the World Wide Web or any other medium, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Please carefully choose the product before you purchase. There is no return or refund in wrong decision in choice. It is your responsibility as the buyer to ask ALL questions before purchasing. We have included all car makes & models that will fit your car in the fitment list of every product. If your car is not on the fitment list or if in doubt of fitment, please email to us and provide your Car details (Year, Make, Model), our friendly and experienced staff at Wheelsmart will answer your questions within 24hrs.

Payment Methods

Fraud

Wheelsmart does not tolerate credit card fraud or identity theft. Wheelsmart will have no hesitation to report all suspected fraud matter to the Police for criminal investigations.

Shipment and Delivery

Wheelsmart only ships to the address that are confirmed to the billing address of the Credit Card WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTION.
We will deliver ordered items within 3 business days upon receipt payment. Delivery time usually takes from one day to 7 business days, depending on the destination of delivery.
We use TNT Express for all our shipments.
After ordered items have been shipped, TNT online tracking numbers will be provided to the buyer’s account at Wheelsmart website.
TNT Express dose not deliver to P.O Box.
Wheelsmart are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination.
All products shipped are insured through our carrier, TNT Express. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to inspect the order items upon receipt. Any claim in respect of any damage to or shortage in any parts of the ordered items caused in transit must be made directly to the carrier at the time of delivery (No Exceptions) and notify Wheelsmart. It is required that all carrier freight bills be signed "subject to inspection." Wheelsmart is not responsible for any damaged items through shipment. Since all wheels and tires are insured, the replacement item will be sent out as soon as possible (subject to availability of stock) once the damaged item has been picked up by the carrier. In the event that the damaged item is out of stock, upon the request from the customer, Wheelsmart will provide full credit to the value of the damaged item which has been picked up by the carrier.

Fitment Guarantee:

Wheelsmart guarantee of fitments only applies to original factory wheel specification of your car. We have included all possible vehicle makes, year & models that will fit in the fitment list in every product. Please click on your vehicle make & model in the fitment list, if your vehicle makes, year & model is on the fitment list, we guarantee the order will fit your vehicle.

Wheelsmart will only accept fitment claim that is received by us within 14 days from the date of delivery. There is absolutely no fitment claim beyond this claim period.

If your car is not on the fitment list, Wheelsmart will not be responsible and will not accept any return or allow refund unless you have our written confirmation as to the fitment before your order.

Please read carefully below in how you should repack the ordered items in order to get an exchange or full refund:

You must email us to get a return authorization number.
This number must be written on the package/label, and the name was purchased under.
After you have properly repacked in the way we have instructed below you must email us, we will get TNT Express to ship back for inspection.

ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION FOR RETURN:

Tyres must not be driven on.
Wheels are in brand new condition.
For customers purchasing rims only, once a tire is mounted on the rim, no returns will be allowed.
All new wheel returns must be in original boxes.

All merchandise must be properly packaged as the followings:

1. Return Wheels

Secure center cap, all lug nuts/bolts are to be put back into the separate bag inside of the wheel box, missing parts will be charged, $25 per set of nuts/bolts.
Wheel must have a foam sheet pad protecting the face of the wheel.
Wheel must be secured and well protected in the box.
Any Styrofoam packing material received with the shipment must be reused in the same way.

Return Wheel & Tyres Package

When possible, use original packaging material.
Wheel must be secured and well protected in the box.
The tyre/wheel package must be repackaged in the same fashion as when they were originally received. If plastic wrap is unavailable, a high-strength tape may be substituted to hold cardboard and foam securely on the tyre/wheel package.

Cancelled Order and Refund:
All cancelled order will be charged with a 15% processing fee from the total sale amount.
There will be NO CANCELLATION ALLOWED AFTER SHIPMENT (EVEN BEFORE DELIVERY). There will be no refund if you change your mind, so please carefully choose the product before you purchase.
Refund will only be issued after we have received and examined the condition of returned wheels and tyres.

Why customer won't get a refund?

We are not able to give exchange or full refund, due to improper packaging.
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURN if you have mounted any tyre on any rim. (For customers purchasing rims only)
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURN on used or damaged merchandise.

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the wheels are protected, as the way originally received.
Under no circumstance will Wheelsmart accept a return or give refund for the product that is damaged due to the negligence of the customer!!

Remember, the wheels are still your (the customer) property until we get them back in brand new condition.

Installation

All installation liabilities rest on the customer. Wheelsmart is not liable for any damage, injury, or anything else resulting from improper installation of any item sold, EVEN IF IT IS AN APPROVED FITMENT USING wheelsmart.com.au FITMENT LIST. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to make sure all rims are fitted with correct tyre size when customers are purchasing rims only.
Wheelsmart assumes no liability whatsoever on incorrectly installed items.
All items purchased from Wheelsmart shall be correctly installed including correct lug nut torque, cleaning of all wheel mounting surfaces, removing brake rotor rings (installed on the lug studs from the factory to hold brake rotor flush against the hub during assembly of vehicle) and anything else required to ensure the correct installation of any product. It is highly recommended that the installation be done by a qualified and professional person.

Wheel Vibrations after receiving wheel & tire package

If there is a wheel/tyre vibration after installing wheels and tyres, in the unlikely case that a wheel balance issue is present, after installing hub rings, checked tyres, etc. and balance is the only possibility of a vibration, we recommend customer to have them checked at their local tyre shop. Wheelsmart DOES NOT OFFER A WARRANTY ON BALANCING. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to make sure rims are fitted with correct tyre size and properly balance when customers are purchasing rims only.

Privacy Policy :

Your personal information is private. We protect our customer’s personal information. While doing business with you, we may have to get certain information, such as your name, home address, credit card details, vehicle information, and e-mail address. We will not sell, rent, trade or give away individual, personal information entered to our site to any third party, without exception. We collect such information strictly to process orders. This privacy policy is subject to change at the sole discretion of Wheelsmart. When you place your order you will be using a secure order form. We take all the precautions to protect the privacy of your information. The cardholder selects the card type and enters their card details in the CommWeb payment gateway (All customer after placing order will be linked to Commonwealth bank payment gateway to their credit card payment in, a leading payment gateway offering latest security software for safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers. if you have any concerns regarding the privacy of your data, please contact Commonwealth Bank on 132221.)

Notice to you will be in the form of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Wheelsmart.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Wheelsmart product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, typographical error, Wheelsmart reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, typographical errors. Wheelsmart reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled by virtue of this reason, Wheelsmart shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Use of Site

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden.
You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.

If Wheelsmart does take any legal action against you as a result of your violation of these Terms of Use, Wheelsmart will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief granted to Wheelsmart. WHEEL WARRANTIES:

LIFETIME STRUCTURAL WARRANTY

All alloy rims distributed by Wheelsmart are manufactured and tested in accordance with internationally accredited standards and as such, are covered by a Lifetime Structural Warranty to all customers who purchased directly from Wheelsmart, its authorized retailer or agent.

Wheelsmart agrees to repair or replace, at Wheelsmart discretion, free of charge except for delivery of the rims to and from Wheelsmart designated reception address or any other expenses caused by the defective product, any rims which after examination conducted by Wheelsmart, is defective by reason of defects in materials and/or workmanship. All claimed defective rims must be sent to Wheelsmart for examination.

Wheelsmart shall never be held responsible for any damage or loss caused directly or indirectly by the defective rims.

A Return Authorization number issued by Wheelsmart, proof of purchase, and a detail description of the defect(s) must accompany with any defective rims that are returned.

This warranty shall be excluded if any one of the following circumstances applies:

Any rim that has been altered, modified or repaired in any manner by anyone other than Wheelsmart.
Original invoice or sales receipt is not available for verification or upon transfer of title of any products by the original purchaser.
Abnormal wear and tear.
Any defect, malfunction or failure which is caused by post purchase delivery, off-road use, owners neglect, negligence or abuse, accident, impact damage, or from use on pot holed road surfaces and any wheel used for motor sport purposes.

ONE YEAR WARRANTY TO FINISH

Wheelsmart warrants to all customers who purchased directly from Wheelsmart, its authorized retailer or agent that all rims sold by Wheelsmart, its authorized retailer or agent shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship. All rims finish should be remaining the same when they are properly installed by a qualified technician and used under normal operating conditions for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Wheelsmart agrees to repair or replace, at Wheelsmart’s discretion, free of charge except for delivery of the rims to and from Wheelsmart's designated reception address or any other expenses caused by the defective product, any rims which after examination conducted by Wheelsmart, is defective by reason of defects in materials and/or workmanship. All claimed defective rims must be sent to Wheelsmart for examination.

Wheelsmart shall never be held responsible for any damage or loss caused directly or indirectly by the defective rims.

A Return Authorization number issued by Wheelsmart, proof of purchase, and a detail description of the defect(s) must accompany with any defective rims that are returned.

This warranty shall be excluded if any one of the following circumstances applies:

Any rim that has been altered, modified or repaired in any manner by anyone other than Wheelsmart.
Original invoice or sales receipt is not available for verification or upon transfer of title of any products by the original retail purchaser.
Any corrosion or cosmetic flaws to the rim which is caused after the purchase due to improper car wash, application of chemicals or caustic cleaning agents, change of climate conditions or the neglect of the user.
Brake dust shall not collect on chrome wheels due to the fact that brake Dust crystallises and becomes caustic (like an acid).
Any rim sold as a blemished product.
Any defect, malfunction or failure which is caused by post purchase delivery, off-road use, owners neglect, negligence or abuse, accident, or impact damage.

We recommend all wheels be regularly washed with warm mild soapy water only

CNLIGHT HID WARRANTY

WARRANTY COVERAGE ON BULBS, BALLASTS

The bulbs and ballasts comes with one year warranty.
DISCOLORATION OF BULBS is NOT covered under the warranty.
Product must be installed without touching the bulb for warrantee to be valid.
Any touching of bulbs or breakage due to improper installation, shipping or handling is also not covered.

This warranty shall be excluded if any one of the following circumstances applies:

     1. Any defects resulting from water damage, fire, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, vehicle crash, or any type of impact.
     2. Any modification to the system or operating on a vehicle with a damaged headlight housing, will void the warranty.
     3. The Wheelsmart will not be responsible for damages to automobiles resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use a CNLIGHT product.

Wheelsmart shall never be held responsible for any damage or loss caused directly or indirectly by the defective product.

A Return Authorization number issued by Wheelsmart, proof of purchase, and a detail description of the defect(s) must accompany with any defective product that are returned.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT:

If a product is suspected of being defective, please contact us as soon as possible to try to resolve any problems before they escalade. The returned product will be inspected by the manufacturer. If the product is found to be defective and covered by this Warranty, The Wheelsmart agrees to repair or replace, at The Wheelsmart discretion, free of charge Except for delivery of the HID Kit to and from The Wheelsmart designated reception address or any charges accrued for removal, installation, reinstallation or any other expenses caused by the defective product will not be covered by this warranty.
